What’s your take on anorexia? I mean, can you have them as your meal? When going out to eat, I’m one of those people who always orders appetizers. These morsels really tantalize the taste buds before serving the main course. However, I found that I ordered some appetizers and skipped the main course altogether.
When it comes to food, I’m all about variety. This is a small selection and you can try different things. I think that’s one of the reasons I go to buffets (well, I’ll clarify that statement…I love going to good buffets! I’ve been to some paintings that didn’t even try the water in my glass).
To me, these Baked Salami Cups are a great appetizer that you can easily turn into a meal. Crunchy, cheesy, savory, delicious everywhere!
As you can see, there are only a few items, one of which is optional (bagel toast). Later in the post I will discuss the substitutions and make them keto friendly

Now all you need is a mini muffin tin. But don’t worry if you don’t have one and only one large standard-sized muffin tin. Triple the recipe (double the jelly). You want to make sure the filling covers the muffins well and the cheese is more than halfway through.
Now you can stop and enjoy this delicious meal, but your girls want more.
.It doesn’t add much flavor or any difference in texture. I like Fritos, but I like Fritos. However, the taste of the nachos overwhelmed the other dishes.
I tried the crispy bagel. Guys, this is really cool! Really, really good! It added a deadly crunch, a hint of flavor (I used all bagel crisps) but still left the salami cup as the star.
Everything You Should Know About Salami
I love this part of my post because I want to show you the full pan of these cups, along with easy swaps to help you make a variety of different flavors!
You can certainly make this ahead of time (1-2 days), but don’t add bagel chips or basil until you’re ready to serve.
Line the salami cups on a rimmed baking sheet and bake them in a 350F oven for 5-7 minutes, or until reheated and crispy. Add basil and bagel topping just before serving.
Freezing – I don’t want to freeze these as we obviously eat them too quickly. I think they freeze well. I thawed overnight in the fridge before reheating. Let me know if you try it!
