CARE OF DRIED FLOWERS: Dry flowers are extremely easy to care for, so find a nice spot for them, then sit back and enjoy their beauty. But if you want to know a little more about how to get the most out of our deals, read on.

Dried flowers are very long-lasting, but many varieties are fragile. With proper care, they can last for months or even years. It is better to keep them away from direct sunlight, which will darken over time. They don’t want or need water and prefer to keep them away from high humidity areas (bathrooms, laundry rooms, etc.). The fragility of dried flowers means that you may notice a little shedding as you work with them – this is completely normal and nothing to worry about. If your dried layout becomes dusty, you can use a hair dryer to remove the dust on low/cold.

Pendle Hill Florist & Flower Delivery

Owners Penny Redmond and Catherine Owens have over 30 years of experience in the floral business and continue to have a genuine passion for floral design. They believe in exceptional customer service and are always ready to create a unique solution for you. We understand that different occasions require different budgets, so we can help you find the best way to achieve your desired budget.

Our design style is about creating unique arrangements of fresh and dried flowers in stunning eco-friendly packaging that really makes you feel good. The style, products and technology used in the stores put sustainability at the fore, eliminating the unnecessary use of plastic common in other industries. Even our individual packaging can be recycled or composted, right down to the non-plastic compostable bags used to keep flowers fresh. And, of course, there is reusable twine, which we use to tie bouquets.

We love texture and abundance, so you can be sure that our compositions will always be full of interesting elements. We are often pleased to hear from customers about this difference. Reach out when you need something beautiful in your life!

I am very inspired by the colors and textures of the world around me. Given free reign, these are design elements that are always one of the first to attract. This is probably due to the fact that he spent over 12 years as a wedding florist, where whites and pastels dominated. Now that we have our own retail store, it’s nice to be able to freely manage and choose the materials I like. In recent years, native and dried plants have become very popular because of the textural effect they add to any arrangement.

When it comes to floral design, I’m most drawn to big, bold, decadent and dramatic styles. My love of excessive textures probably comes from another great passion of history. Especially the historical costume of the 16th century, where contrasting fabrics, embroidery and rich decoration were a must. Extras are always a good idea – I feel the same way about wine and chocolate!

We love creating things that make people happy. We would love the opportunity to create something wonderful for you.
