This tutorial is very helpful. similar to the other, so I will just share the differences with you.
1. You will only need to choose three colors of embroidery/friendship thread. Cut two pieces of each color about 3 feet long. So you should have 6 threads in total. Keep similar colors together.

3. Glue (or tape) the ring to a solid surface. Separate the colors. There should be a group of each color on the left and a group of each color on the right. It will be easier in the next steps if you separate it this way at the beginning.

4. Take the outer color from the right (in this case blue) and drag it to the left (from the inside).
5. Take the outer group/same color from the left and cross on the right (inside).
6. Hold the left band with one hand and the right band with the other hand and pull outward to slightly tighten the design. This step will only need to be done at first, eventually it won’t need to be boring. Repeat steps 4, 5 and 6 over and over until you have a bracelet as long as it needs to fit around your wrist. It should go pretty fast.
8. Tie a bead to the end and then tie another knot to hold the bead in place. (I actually tied two knots at the end.) Then cut off the excess string and you’re done!
