All orders confirmed by the date specified in the email notification will be delivered on that day, unless we contact you directly to discuss (e.g. undeliverable due to delivery address error, etc.).
Depending on the number of daily deliveries, we can deliver within the opening hours of our store (Mon-Sat). However, due to unforeseen circumstances (eg traffic restrictions affecting driving time) parcels may not be delivered to residential addresses until 19:00 (although this is rare).
