Step 1: Place 4 slices of salami on a flat surface. Move them an inch or two. Fold all 4 pieces together in half. (See video below)

Step 2: Wrap the rolled pieces of salami well. Starting from one side, roll until a rose shape is formed. Then push the skewer through the rose to hold it together.

Step 3: Add a fresh basil leaf on both sides if the flower is present. Then add baby bell cheese to the end of the skewer.

(Note: If your meat doesn’t come out round, you can always use a round cookie cutter to cut it. It should be round like rose petals when rolled.)
